A Message from our Founder
AIS was incorporated as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation in April 2005. It was primarily started to help immigrants from the growing Hispanic community by providing immigration services at an affordable price, but its services are available to people of all nationalities.
How We Operate
At AIS we depend on donations from others such as businesses, banks, churches, and individuals to help keep our prices affordable. As our organization grows so does our cost to operate. With donations we offer effective legal services at low bono rates and in some instances, entirely pro bono. In addition to services fees, many of the immigration processes require payment of costly process fees. By keeping our rates low, families and individuals can focus on being able to cover the fees that are required by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
